Medical Calendar is a wonderful calendar and organizer for medical offices which provides all the necessary features to schedule appointments, have a record of patients and mark important events. Adding a patient is really easy, you just include his/her name, phone, and add as many other data as you want. This program is very useful if there are more than one physician in the office, so you can have everything organized in a single place. It even allows you to view the schedules of several or even all doctors at the same time. You can add and edit holidays according to your country and choose the color you want to mark them with, establish your work range and hour display format, and even create status labels by color for all your appointments and events for easy identification at first sight. What is more, it includes synchronization with Outlook, ability to export to different formats, and print support offering multiple options regarding the printing format and style. You can quickly search for a patient's name in the database, just enter the name in the search box. All in all, Medical Calendar is perfect to satisfy basic scheduling needs in a medical office, and it definitely deserves a try. |
